All about D

Apparently I've been so wrapped up in starting my own blog that I've forgotten to post to this one! But here I am remembering and I thought I could put a few pictures on here. Too bad that D doesn't post for our family...since I'm the one who posts, I get to do all the bragging I want about him and he can't do anything about it. ha.

I decided to do a little snippet about D. Because it was father's day and because he is such a cool guy and because I'm in love with him and because he's hot. That's why. So you all are the victims of my bragging of D...

Here he is doing something he loves to do and that he is actually really good at.

Pretty much, he rocks at wakeboarding - especially for only learning how last summer. Sometimes he scares me because he jumps so high...but he looks awesome.

And, of course, you all know about his amazing talent to fix...anything. Things he hasn't ever done before, he takes apart and fixes like he'd been doing it all his life! (Like the electrical and plumbing on our trailer in Logan...who does that?)

This kid has so much common sense, it scares me. How in the world does he know all these things? I used to test him to see if he knew random little things... for example...

One time we were bowling and I asked him how the computer knew how many pins had fallen down. He said, "They use a laser light." Then I thought he might just be making things up, so I asked the bowling people and he was right. (Hopefully I wasn't the only one who had no idea about that).

So, for father's day I made him this little onesie (for the baby, Mimi...not for D). It some it all up. It says "My Daddy is Superman...minus the cape"

Because, of course, real Supermen don't wear capes.
